Private Voice Lessons
Cody Walker holds an MFA in Musical Theatre and has performed on Broadway stages and National Tours. He has taught voice at the University level and privately since 2006.
"I've learned more in this one lesson than I have in all my years of training" is the most common phrase Cody hears from his students. Cody has a unique way of being able to isolate the exact techniques you need to sing with proper vocal technique and to have a commercial voice to sing on Broadway, or in any professional setting.
Cody teaches all styles including classical, musical theatre, pop/rock, etc., but specializes in contemporary commercial vocals styles and techniques (belt/mix, speech level singing) and helping the singer increase their vocal range and find their true authentic sound. Most students increase their "full-voice" vocal range five whole steps.
You can specify in the registration form if you prefer to take lessons online, in the comfort and convenience of your own home, or if you live in the Las Vegas, NV area and want to set up in-person lessons.
Private Acting Lessons
Cody has been directing professional productions and teaching acting since 2008. As a professional actor himself in theatre, film, and commercials, he has taught a variety of acting classes both at the university level and in studios around the country, including Interlochen Center for the Arts Institute for several years.
In Private Acting lessons, Cody will coach your monologues and songs. He specializes in helping graduating seniors prepare packages to get accepted into top BFA Musical Theatre programs. Cody's students have been accepted into Cincinnati Conservatory of Music (CCM), University of Michigan, NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Elon University, Millikin University, Ithaca College, Webster University, and Baldwin Wallace University, just to name a few.
Having been on the other side of the table for so many years, Cody knows exactly what casting directors both in professional theatre, and University programs are looking for. Cody has also been successful auditioning for many years himself, and has studied with New York Broadway casting directors in intimate settings to determine exactly what they look for.
Cody provides a safe environment for actors to feel supported to take risks, and is able to pinpoint exactly what you need for your monologues and songs to be competitive in this industry.

Triple Threat Studios is excited to offer this unique FEEDBACK ASSESSMENT. We will send you specific instructions to submit an "audition" and will schedule an online session with Cody Walker, who will provide an honest, yet constructive assessment of exactly where you stand as a triple threat performer. You will receive detailed feedback on your skill set as an actor, a singer, and/or a dancer. He will explain exactly what you need to focus on to take your audition to the level needed to compete, get accepted, and ultimately cast at the highest levels.
